Job Title: Quality Assurance Dental Professional (CADP Certified)
Location: Sacramento CA Area
Job Summary:Allied Search Partners is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Dental Professional to evaluate and ensure the highest standards of dental care and compliance with regulatory requirements across dental practices. This role involves conducting on-site quality assurance reviews providing professional evaluations to meet quality benchmarks. Must be certified by The California Association of Dental Plans (CADP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of dental care provided in member practices including reviewing patient records treatment plans and compliance with state regulations.
- Perform on-site visits to assess the quality of dental services and adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Provide detailed reports summarizing findings identifying areas of improvement and offering actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with dental offices to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Stay informed on state and federal regulations impacting dental practices and ensure compliance with CADP standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical dental experience.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance in the dental industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear constructive feedback.
- Experience conducting clinical audits or reviews is preferred.
- Ability to travel to member practices as needed
- CADP Quality Assurance Certified
