Home Health Clinical Supervisor

What Youll Do:
Oversee clinical operations to ensure high-quality compliant patient care.
Guide and support field clinicians through training mentorship and case management.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to home health regulations.
Coordinate care with physicians families and interdisciplinary teams.
Step in for direct patient care when needed and participate in on-call rotation.
What Were Looking For:
RN license in Missouri (good standing)
1 year of home health case management experience (required)
Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
Strong clinical judgment communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in EMR systems & willingness to travel locally
