Position: Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist (Part-Time)
Location: 6264 Lewis St Ste 100 Parkville MO 64152
Schedule: Thursdays plus 1-2 other days during the week. 8am-5pm.
Compensation: Depends on experience
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled PART-TIME Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) to join our outpatient orthopedic team! We are looking for a passionate clinician with experience in hand therapy to provide exceptional care to our patients. While a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential is preferred it is not requiredcandidates with solid hand therapy experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
- High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB clinician expertise patient perception).
- Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
- Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
