This permanent part-time position offers 20 hours per week with the flexibility to take on extra hours during school holidays. Youll be supporting our morning and afternoon programs helping kids get their day started or winding down with some fun-filled after-school activities.

Your role will include:
- Leading fun-filled programs where children explore everything from STEM and sports to arts & crafts (whatever sparks their imagination!).
- Fostering strong connections with children parents and the school community to create a nurturing environment.
- Managing a team of passionate Educators including organizing rosters and helping them grow in their roles.
- Assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service ensuring everything runs smoothly including compliance and administration.
What Were Looking For Is This You

A genuine love for working with children and making an impact.
Strong communication skillsyoull be guiding and supporting others!
The ability to work well in a team and the desire to grow into a leadership role.
A National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain them).
Australian work rights.
A relevant qualification or be actively working towards one (per ACECQA standards).
