Position: Western Colorado University invites applications for the full-time position of Campus Visit Coordinator. The position reports to the Director of Admissions works closely with a variety of campus constituents and is responsible for organizing and supervising the campus visit program for prospective undergraduates their families and counselors.
Responsibilities: The Campus Visit Coordinator is responsible for coordinating organizing and supervising the campus visit program for prospective undergraduate students. This includes hiring training and supervising ambassadors and tour guides; managing visitor communications through Slate and online platforms; coordinating with Marketing to produce visit-related print digital and web materials; scheduling academic appointments with faculty or department heads; and evaluating the effectiveness of campus visits through participant feedback and enrollment impact. Makes strategic recommendations to enhance the visitor experience. This position handles the ordering of promotional materials and coordinating with faculty and staff across campus for large prospective student events.

Compensation: $50500.00-$53500.00This position is FLSA exempt. Western offers an excellent benefits package including shared premiums for a comprehensive health insurance plan dental insurance retirement plan life insurance and other insurance options. After one year of employment Western provides free tuition for dependents enrolled full time in undergraduate programs for up to four years.
