Job Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting job in Montesano WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve physical function
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Ensure safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Washington PT license
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in outpatient inpatient or skilled nursing settings
