Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve physical function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Ensure safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Washington PT license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Preferred:
- Prior experience in outpatient inpatient or skilled nursing settings
