Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Speech Language Pathologist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Oakland CA.
Responsibilities:
Assess diagnose and treat speech language voice and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs
Educate patients families and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatments
Collaborate with nurses therapists and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Strong communication clinical and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing rehabilitation or long-term care setting required
