The Opportunity

Within Aeroflow the Fulfillment Center team ships products for our Mom & Baby Matcomp and Sleep divisions across the country.

Your Primary Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for the sleep department. A Sleep Shipper is typically responsible for

• Pulls and packs product based on daily orders
• Place packaged items in the correct area
• Maintains a clean organized and safe working area
• Meet the established productivity standards and quality standards
• Assist in restocking product bins
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Comply with all warehouse safety rules and regulations
• Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws regulations and policies.
• Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
• Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
• Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule
• Other job duties assigned

Required Qualifications

• Warehouse or shipping experience a plus
• Able to stand walk reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Ability to operate handheld devices and basic computer software
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Team Player
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to speak and write in English clearly and effectively to communicate with team members leadership and external partners.
