- Partnering with client service operations teams to understand business goals and prioritising data-related initiatives
- Collaborating across Business Change Technology and Operations to shape end-to-end solution designs
- Balancing strategic and tactical approaches to suit varied business scenarios
- Designing scalable repeatable and sustainable data solutions with Data Operations and Market Place teams
- Producing analysis artefacts including user stories data flows and service design diagrams
- Coordinating with delivery teams to estimate time and cost for new data solutions
- Investigating data issues and enabling root cause analysis with stakeholders
- Supporting the implementation of data controls and driving adoption of core data capabilities
