Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of spa fitness and recreation areas to ensure excellence in guest service and facility upkeep.
Assist in developing and implementing wellness programs treatment menus and recreational activities.
Support budgeting financial performance and revenue management strategies.
Supervise train and motivate staff to maintain high service and professional standards.
Monitor health safety and hygiene compliance across all facilities.
Manage inventory scheduling and operational reporting.
Address guest feedback promptly and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness and leisure experiences.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Requirements:
35 years of leadership experience in spa fitness or recreation management within a luxury hotel or resort.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Knowledge of spa and fitness operations products and safety standards.
