Role Chronic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Service/ATM Uptime Improvement
key responsibilities
Chronic RCA & Failure Analysis:
- Conduct deep-dive chronic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for persistent and repeating hardware software and communication failures affecting ATM services and transactions.
- Corrective Action Implementation:
- Collaborate with engineering vendor management operations and field service teams to ensure successful execution of remediation plans.
- Track the effectiveness of implemented fixes over time to validate problem resolution.
- Service & Uptime Improvement:
- Employ critical thinking and a proactive approach to identify systemic vulnerabilities and failure trends before they impact service.
- Continuously seek new ways to improve services and uptime for the ATM fleet focusing on both hardware longevity and software/network reliability.
- Drive initiatives to significantly minimize hardware failure and communication failure rates across the ATM network.
- Focus on transaction improvement metrics ensuring high success rates and optimal processing speed.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Generate regular reports for management detailing chronic failure trends RCA findings and the progress of improvement projects.
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Maintain clear professional and frequent communication with all internal and external stakeholders regarding ongoing investigations remediation status and impact.
- Experience:Experience with ATM monitoring hardware software and transaction processing networks is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong background in data analysis and trend identification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams to resolve complex long-standing technical issues
