Job Summary
What youll do
With this role you will be supporting a person in their family home to live as independently as possible. Our client has a spinal cord injury and the duties with his care include catheter care moving and handling administering medication and light domestic duties. Our client lives with his wife; they enjoy going out for walks attending church and visiting the lake district.
We are looking for a care professional who brings energy empathy and enthusiasm to every shift. You will be someone who values building strong relationships and providing high quality and attentive care.
There is a care team in place and we are looking to add another carer to support with contingency cover.
Qualifications :
You dont need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. Youll receive full nurse led training and ongoing clinical support to develop skills in various areas.
Due to limited public transport routes in the area a driver is preferred for this role.
