Job Summary

As an intern within the Digital Workspace team you will work to maximize the adoption and efficiency of Google Workspace tools.

Your main missions will be:

Participation in the animation of the Google Workspace representatives community : you will help foster a thriving community by facilitating communication encouraging collaboration and potentially organizing events or networking sessions for representatives.
Contribution to the creation of pedagogical and communication materials around the use of Google Workspace products : you will develop high-quality content (documentation quick tips tutorials or presentations) to inform and train end-users on how to use the various Google Workspace applications effectively including leveraging new features and Generative AI capabilities.
Work with the Product Manager to organize a Google Workspace week which will include brief presentations on various Google Workspace features.

We are offering you a 6-month internship starting from January 2026.

Qualifications :

You are currently in your fourth year of university studies :

Familiarity with the Google Workspace suite (Gmail Drive Meet Docs Sheets etc.).
Understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) environments and their administration/adoption challenges.
AI Awareness: An understanding of the potential and challenges of Generative AI tools in a professional context.

English B1/B2 - Operational

Oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to act as a Facilitator to foster community engagement and collaboration.
Capacity to explain technical concepts simply and clearly.
Aptitude for Project & Event Coordination (e.g. managing community meetings content schedules or small training sessions).
Organised and autonomous.
Creativity and intellectual curiosity (especially regarding Generative AI and innovative projects).
