Dr. Reddys Laboratories Canada is seeking a dynamic and driven Lead Hospital and Specialty Sales to lead our engagement with hospitals and specialty care providers across English-speaking Canada. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all strategic and operational matters within these segments playing a vital role in expanding our footprint and delivering meaningful value to stakeholders.
The role will report to Head of Sales Canada
- Serve as the primary commercial lead for hospital and specialty business initiatives in Canada
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital networks specialty pharmacies and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing medical affairs supply chain regulatory) to support new product launches ensure supply continuity and drive uptake of key products
- Identify growth opportunities and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen Dr. Reddys presence in hospital and specialty channels
- Lead negotiations contracting discussions and formulary inclusion efforts across targeted institutions
- Monitor market trends competitive dynamics and customer feedback to inform business strategy
- Represent the Canadian hospital and specialty business in internal global stakeholder meetings
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to ensure alignment with national commercial strategy and performance targets.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Life Sciences or related field.
5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales key account management or commercial operations preferably within hospital or specialty channels.
Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving results.
Familiarity with Canadian healthcare systems especially hospital procurement and specialty product pathways.
