Job Summary

Teach training curriculum to new hires and analysts requiring refresher training
Work with other laboratory trainers to maintain training calendars for each trainee to show progress and support Group Leader as the analyst enters production
Track trainees technical progress toward independent laboratory work in support of the Group Leader
Liase with ELLI training center to prepare materials in the department in expectation of new hire arrival
Demonstrates ability to work on multiple projects at one time
Demonstrates ability to teach trainees as part of a team or in an independent setting
Connect and facilitate meetings between trainees and department or division experts for introduction to ELLI systems (i.e. ELN eLIMS etc)
Update training curriculum to adapt to changes in ELLI systems
Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility as appropriate
Applies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility
Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
Demonstrates strong client service skills teamwork and collaboration
Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity
Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration
Regular attendance and punctuality
Participate in training curriculum development and application
Communicates effectively with client staff members
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

At least an Associates Degree in the sciences or a teaching degree with experience in managing or teaching people
- Bachelors Degree is preferred
Good oral and written communication skills
Well organized and good attention to detail
Familiarity with common computer programs and e-learning
Excellent people skills
Ability to teach both paper based curriculum and present information electronically in both a one-on-one setting and group setting
Authorization to work in the country indefinitely without sponsorship

Additional Information :

Position is full-time Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
