Residential Manager for Adult IDD Home(s)
Full-Time Salary: $50000
GoodLife Innovations is seeking a Residential Manager to lead and supervise a family-style residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As a Residential Manager you will assist with coaching new staff serving as a role model and spearheading administrative functions for an assigned residential program. You will ensure a high quality of life for the individuals we serve by assuring a well-trained and motivated team and establishing positive relationships with persons served and staff. A great candidate will have experience in the IDD field as well as a compassionate outlook and the desire to transform lives.

Some duties include:
- Promoting high quality outcomes for persons served by training supporting and supervising staff
- Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized daily schedules for the program and persons served
- Facilitating budget compliance with oversight of the house and client accounts
- Ensuring proper staff coverage is available
- Providing direct support for persons served when necessary
Some qualifications:
- One - two years of prior experience in a position of similar scope preferred
- Bachelors degree in psychology human development or a related discipline preferred
- Flexibility in assigned working hours and location
- Participating in weekend on-call rotation
- Must have a valid Drivers License and safe driving record
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
