Nail Tech (Full Time)

For guests seeking rejuvenation inspiration and personalized attention Fairmont Orchid offers a wide selection of luxurious Spa experiences. As a Nail Technician your expertise and interpersonal skills will shine through and you will take pride in knowing that your talent helps our guests feel their very best!

What you will be doing:

• Deliver professional friendly and engaging nail services with genuine care.
• Perform a full range of treatments including manicures pedicures polish changes shellac/gel services sculptured nails and paraffin treatments.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation of tools implements and work areas in compliance with spa standards.
• Manage and replenish supplies to ensure service readiness at all times.
• Proactively educate and guide guests on nail care recommending services and retail products tailored to their needs.
• Accurately process service charges and retail transactions.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive collaborative team environment.
• Follow departmental policies procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform other spa-related duties as needed.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Active Nail Technician license in the State of Hawaii (or equivalent certification).
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician in a spa or luxury environment.
• Strong technical expertise with exceptional attention to detail and artistry.
• Genuine passion for guest service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly responsible reliable and committed to excellence.
• Ability to remain calm professional and gracious while focusing on guest needs.
• Dedicated to the highest standards of sanitation safety and service delivery.
• CPR and First Aid certification considered an asset.
• Commitment to maintaining Fairmont Orchids professional grooming and presentation standards.

Additional Information :

Pay: Commission-based
