About the Role
Were looking for a driven ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Pittsburgh-based team part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for recent or soon-to-be college graduates who are eager to launch a career in tech sales. Youll learn how to prospect qualify and build relationships with decision-makers at leading manufacturing and distribution companies.
What Youll Do
- Research and identify potential customers in our target industries
- Reach out to prospects via phone to introduce Bizowie ERP
- Qualify outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for our sales team
- Collaborate closely with marketing and account executives to refine outreach strategies
- Manage all prospecting activity in our CRM and track your pipeline
- Learn the ERP software market and B2B sales process from the ground up
What Were Looking For
- Highly motivated goal-oriented and eager to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and following up persistently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team player who enjoys a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Bachelors degree (completed or in progress) preferred
