Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility strength and function
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records

Requirements:

Outpatient experience preferred
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania
