The Electroencephalographic Technician Assistant supports the Clinical Neurophysiology and Epilepsy Monitoring Technologists at Mayo Clinic by preparing patients for electrographic studies and performing such other tasks that are necessary for patient comfort and safety while the patient is being evaluated in the Department of Epilepsy.
The minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or GED. Additional work experience in a patient contact health-care area is desirable. Ability to adhere to policies and procedures alertness interaction versatility coping and commitment to task.
