Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $160000 - $190000 annually plus uncapped commission. The commission target at goal is 50% of the base salary. Please note that the base salary will vary based on geographic location market conditions and the candidates experience.
Location and Travel
This position can be based anywhere in the continental US and expected travel is 75%.

Key Qualifications
Demonstrated Strategic Selling and Negotiations experience.
Proven experience in sales management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in managing national accounts and achieving sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools (Salesforce preferred)
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience selling to national accounts in the food service industry
Bachelors degree in Business or 10 years of experience in relevant sales leadership roles (Masters degree preferred).
Ability to travel 75%
