Job Summary
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Pediatric Home Health Plainview TX (Day & Night Shifts)
BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one care for a 1-year-old male pediatric patient in his home.

Position Details
Schedule: MondaySunday 7:00 AM7:00 PM and 7:00 PM7:00 AM
Pay Range: $20$26 per hour (based on experience)
Differential: Additional night shift pay
Pay Frequency: Weekly direct deposit
- Location: Plainview TX
Your Responsibilities
Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in a home setting
Monitor and manage a ventilator-dependent trach including suctioning and trach care
Administer feedings via GJ Mickey button
Record and report vital signs and observations accurately
Maintain a safe comfortable environment for the patient and family
Requirements
Active Texas LVN license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience with trach and ventilator care (required)
Familiarity with G-tube or GJ-tube feedings
Pediatric home health experience preferred
Reliable calm and confident working independently
