Client Service Representatives are the face of Vale Park Animal Hospital. They are the first and last people our clients interact with when they enter our clinic and are a crucial in managing communication flow within the hospital. This individual needs to have excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction. They must be able to perform moderate physical labor including but not limited to lifting and restraining dogs up to 40 pounds. This position will also expose them to animal bodily fluids including but not limited to blood urine and feces. Responsibilities and Duties The duties of a Client Service Representatives include: - Cordially and efficiently communicate and create a report with clients
- Manage incoming calls and client service inquires
- Basic understanding of the practice management software
- schedule all various hospital appointments
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
Previous client service experience is preferred but not required.
