Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Newport VT.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients functional abilities and develop personalized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence in daily living activities
Educate patients families and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment use
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Vermont
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Strong communication clinical and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing rehabilitation or long-term care setting required
