Schedule: Part-Time 20 hours per week (MondayFriday flexible scheduling based on rink needs)
Pay: $17$20 per hour based on experience

Our beautiful roller-skating facility features roller and in-line skating a large arcade a novelty redemption shop a pizza café and the best birthday parties in town!

About the Role

Are you outgoing energetic and motivated by results Were looking for a Sales Assistantto help grow our business through outbound sales calls and relationship building.

In this role youll be the voice of our company reaching out to schools groups and community organizations to promote private parties STEM field trips and fundraisers. Youll focus on creating new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with our current customers.

This position is heavily focused on outbound and cold calling so confidence on the phone and a positive upbeat personality are essential!

What Youll Do

• Make 40 outbound sales calls per day to schools youth groups and organizations.

• Focus on cold calling and relationship building to generate new leads and secure bookings.

• Schedule appointments present our offerings and close sales for private events fundraisers and field trips.

• Prioritize repeat and new business opportunities that yield the highest revenue.

• Submit accurate and timely reports including:

  • Daily Sales Activity Report

  • Weekly Sales Summary (due Mondays at 10am)

  • Weekly Private Group and STEM numbers (via Google Drive)

• Collaborate with the General Manager on event details deposits and service agreements.

• Conduct follow-up calls for customer feedback and to rebook future events.

• Support marketing initiatives and coordinate materials such as flyers passes and promotional items.

• Help ensure every guest enjoys a Clean Fun Friendly and Safe experience.

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for phone-based sales.

• Comfort with cold calling and high-volume outbound outreach.

• Previous experience in sales customer service or telemarketing is a plus.

• Organized reliable and goal-driven with strong attention to detail.

• Basic proficiency with Google Drive and online communication tools.

• Positive energetic and ready to grow with our team!
