Warehouse Supervisor
Starting Pay: $22.00/hour
Category: Light Industrial Full Time Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff during your assigned shift.
• Assign tasks monitor workflow and provide training for warehouse personnel.
• Oversee receiving storing and shipping of all inventory and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and handheld scanners.
• Ensure proper labeling stocking and organization of all goods.
• Complete all required paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Conduct forklift and equipment inspections and report issues to management.
• Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Assume Warehouse Manager duties in their absence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience.
• Valid forklift license or certification.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with SAP or handheld scanners preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Essential Functions

• Remain in a stationary position and move throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment and communicate effectively with team members.
• Position self to access inventory and operate machinery.

Work Environment

• Primarily indoors with occasional exposure to varying temperatures and noise.
• Required safety gear such as steel-toed boots.
• Work near and with others sharing the same workspace.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday 8:00am 4:30pm
• Full-time onsite (temp-to-hire)
• Overtime as needed
