Preceptor RN - Home Health

Haven Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced and motivated RN to join our team as a Preceptor. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your career while guiding and mentoring new nurses in the field.
The Preceptor RN plays a key role in supporting our clinical onboarding and ensuring that new nurses deliver safe high-quality care. This position includes guaranteed weekly units and requires flexibility to travel throughout our service area.

What Were Looking For:
Active RN license (required)
Home Health and Oasis experience strongly preferred
Strong communication teaching and organizational skills
Willingness to travel across our service territory
Salary Range: $75000 to $90000 annually based on experience
