Head of Participant Sales & Advice Analytics

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in sales analytics within a consumer financial services context strong leadership capabilities and a consultative approach to influence business strategy and execution. They thrive in emerging spaces bring structure to ambiguity and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Analytics Strategy: Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership translating complex data into clear narratives. Define and execute the vision for sales & advice operations analytics aligning with business goals and priorities.

• Team Leadership: Hire manage and mentor a team of analysts fostering a culture of curiosity collaboration and continuous learning. Set performance goals and manage the team in alignment with HR policies.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing and business leaders influence and inform strategy and planning decision making.

• Performance Measurement & Optimization: Oversee the development of measurement frameworks dashboards and KPIs to evaluate sales and product effectiveness across channels.

• Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical modeling machine learning and experimentation (e.g. A/B testing) to improve targeting personalization and ROI. Collaborate with COE teams to enhance predictive capabilities and automation.

• Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with data engineering and IT to ensure scalable secure and accessible data pipelines and tools.

• Innovation & Trends: Stay current on analytics trends tools and technologies and champion their adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in Analytics with progressive leadership

• Experience leading teams in Sales Analytics

• Expert level executive level stakeholder management and presentation
