Pay Rate: $20 - $24 per hour
Schedule:

Monday Wednesday Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Medical Assistantfor an exciting job in Lexington NE.

Responsibilities:

Greet and room patients promptly and professionally
Schedule patient appointments and manage office flow
Take and record patient vitals (blood pressure temperature pulse etc.)
Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture as needed
Administer vaccines and perform point-of-care (POC) testing
Support front-office functions such as answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold standards of care
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (in addition to externship experience)
Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred
Occupational Health experience is a plus
Proficiency in phlebotomy/venipuncture and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
BLS or CPR certification required
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with patients
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various tasks as needed

Phlebotomy
EKG
Point-of-care testing (POC)
Scheduling and appointment management
Patient rooming and vital sign documentation
