Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking high-quality work genuine autonomy and a collaborative environment free from the constraints of large firm hierarchy Our client an established London law firm with over 25 years of excellence is seeking a Senior Associate to join their growing Commercial Property team.

About the Role
As a Commercial Property Senior Associate youll manage a varied and high-quality caseload across the full spectrum of commercial property work. Youll have the autonomy to run your own matters whilst working collaboratively with an ambitious friendly team that values your input and expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managingfreehold and leasehold property transactions including acquisitions and disposals for commercial clients
- Advising onlease negotiations extensions and renewalsfor both landlords and tenants
- Handlingdevelopment work including site set-up planning agreements and development due diligence
- Acting onproperty finance and refinancing mattersfor lenders and borrowers
- Conducting comprehensivedue diligence title investigations and property searches
- Advisinglandlords tenants developers and investorson their legal rights obligations and strategic options
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and commercial property law
- Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with clients and professional referrers
- Contributing to the growth and development of the team including input into systems strategy and service delivery
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
What Were Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years PQEin Commercial Property (UK qualified solicitor)
- Strong technical expertiseacross commercial property transactions leases and development work
- Proven experience acting forlandlords tenants developers lenders and investors
- Experience withproperty financeand refinancing transactions
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding client care and relationship management abilities
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Confident communicator with professional intermediaries and clients
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team environment
Desirable:
- Experience with complex development projects and site assembly
- Knowledge of planning law and agreements
- Established client following or demonstrable business development experience
- Supervisory or mentoring experience
