About Your Future Team

You will be working as a Technical support engineer in Solariss Enterprise Technology department.

Your Role

  • Provide L1 technical support to Solarians primarily in the area of end user devices with their IT working environment
  • End user account maintenance which includes Active directory and Email management tasks
  • Provide L1 technical support to Solarians in use of tools and applications platform
  • Develop in depth product knowledge in order to resolve user queries and issues
  • Follow and further enhance the standard operating procedures
  • Interact with other team members and L2/L3 engineers to find a solution for the escalated issues
  • Document all interactions and problem resolutions
  • good understanding on cloud infrastructure specifically on AWS
  • Youve knowledge on OKTA or any other SSO technologies

Hard skills:

  • Relevant formal education
  • Professional experience in technology or the domain (tenure depending on seniority of the function owner)

Soft skills:

  • Has some experience within our core tech stack in both programming languages and infrastructure
  • Understands agile workflows and lean principles
  • Proactive peer and helps the growth of their team
  • Curious constant learner and shares learnings with others
  • Communicates well in written and verbal English German is a plus
