About Your Future Team

You will be working as a Technical support engineer in Solariss Enterprise Technology department.

Your Role

Provide L1 technical support to Solarians primarily in the area of end user devices with their IT working environment
End user account maintenance which includes Active directory and Email management tasks
Provide L1 technical support to Solarians in use of tools and applications platform
Develop in depth product knowledge in order to resolve user queries and issues
Follow and further enhance the standard operating procedures
Interact with other team members and L2/L3 engineers to find a solution for the escalated issues
Document all interactions and problem resolutions
good understanding on cloud infrastructure specifically on AWS
Youve knowledge on OKTA or any other SSO technologies

Hard skills:

Relevant formal education
Professional experience in technology or the domain (tenure depending on seniority of the function owner)

Soft skills:

Has some experience within our core tech stack in both programming languages and infrastructure
Understands agile workflows and lean principles
Proactive peer and helps the growth of their team
Curious constant learner and shares learnings with others
Communicates well in written and verbal English German is a plus
