What You Will Get To Do:
- Execute and manage daily trading operations for client ETP issuers ensuring creation and redemption trades are processed accurately efficiently and in compliance with written supervisory procedures regulatory standards and disclosures
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand order guidelines and to obtain approval for custom order types
- Communicate effectively with authorized participants market makers custodians and internal stakeholders ensuring clear and timely information exchanges and smooth resolution of trade-related queries or issues
- Facilitate the authorized participant agreement process for all SS&C Registered Fund Services ETF clients proactively and independently maintain all AP client relationships in support of the Authorized Participant agreement process
- Complete regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requests including trade reporting reports and quarterly reports as well as other client and compliance reports
- Support activities including but not limited to fund launches material changes liquidations reviewing fund regulatory filings for appropriate disclosures
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market structures regulations and evolving industry practice to ensure ongoing compliance with SEC FINRA and exchange specific rules governing ETFs.
- Supervise provide training and mentorship to junior operations staff supporting team development and the maintenance of high professional standards
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 8 years equivalent ETF industry related experience
- Finra Series 7 Series 24
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient use of MS Office with strong knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
