DescriptionActuarial analysts develop financial projections cost-benefit analysis and insurance plan validation using statistical modeling and risk management strategies. The position is part of NA FAA (North America Financial Actuarial Analysis) team which provides risk assessment to companies located in the United States of America.
The role:
Perform technical reviews by doing and reviewing mathematical models and/or actuarial analysis (such as Doer / Technical Reviewer)
Ensure that the service is reliable in accordance with Quality standards serving as a Peer / Secondary Technical Reviewer reviewing each case in a concise manner
Demonstrate understanding of the FAA service catalogue and knowledge in all aspects of employee benefit plan design underwriting/ financial concepts and H&B tools
Assertive stakeholder interaction
Communication and close collaboration with international teams
Secure simultaneous deliverables
Exceptional quality service delivery within the agreed time per service (SLA/Target Date)
Actively and efficiently collaborate on assigned projects
Contributing consolidated ideas for focused improvements
Innovation and creativity to achieve goals
- Lead or support strategic projects across the region ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Act as full-analyst support providing comprehensive assistance across assigned services and clients.
