In this OR RN role youll be at the center of perioperative care. Core responsibilities include preoperative assessment and preparation maintaining sterile technique instrument handling and assisting with anesthesia management as needed. Youll participate in patient positioning time-out communications and diligently tracking counts to prevent retained foreign bodies. From start to finish youll monitor patient status respond rapidly to intraoperative changes manage equipment and room turnover and collaborate closely with surgeons surgical technologists and anesthesia teams to create smooth efficient procedures.
