Job Summary

Lead Veterinarian Laurinburg NC

A growing small animal practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Veterinarian to guide a skilled clinical team and support the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role provides the chance to mentor colleagues oversee medical operations and contribute to a positive collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with veterinary colleagues and support staff

  • Provide oversight for patient care including medical and surgical cases

  • Support operational goals and assist with workflow and staffing coordination

  • Foster professional development and mentorship among team members

  • Build strong relationships with clients and the broader community

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent international qualification)

  • Active or eligible veterinary license in the relevant state

  • Strong clinical and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication teamwork and mentoring abilities
