About the role
We are looking for an employee who has exceptional interpersonal communication skills and have the ability to create a favorable impression for the organization to all staff patients and the public. Must have a strong sense of team commitment which includes punctuality and excellent follow through. Duties involve checking patients in and out for diagnostic procedures and labs verifying patient demographics and insurance information and collecting money.
Supervision Received:Reports to Manager of Diagnostics
Supervision Exercised:None.
Typical Physical Demands:Requires sitting for long periods of time. Working in office environment. Some bending and stretching required. Working under stress and use of telephone and fax required. Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard.
Typical Working Conditions:Frequent exposure to communicable diseases toxic substances and other conditions common to a clinic environment.Involves frequent contact with staff patients and the public.

Location & commitments
Permanent FT role based at our Greenville Arlington location Monday-Friday 6:45-3:45a.m. 7:15-4:15p.m. and 8:30-5:30p.m.
Overtime may be required to ensure patients are taken care tasks are completed and calls are returned in a timely manner.
Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary.
Candidate requirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent; Two-year degree preferred; computer experience required; medical office experience preferred; phlebotomy experience preferred; familiarity with diagnostic and laboratory orders/testing preferred. Must have strong computer software skills. Demonstrated proficiency with software applications such as NextGen Centricity and/or related.
