We are seeking an experiencedParalegal who thrives in a fast-paced client-focused environment and values professionalism teamwork and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare pleadings disclosures discovery requests subpoenas and court filings in compliance with Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Manage case calendars deadlines and client communication.
- Prepare exhibits trial binders and hearing materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients courts and opposing counsel.
- Support attorneys in all aspects of case preparation settlement and trial.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in Utah law (divorce custody parent-time support and protective orders criminal litigation probate).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat and Utah e-filing.
- Exceptional organization attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision.
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
- Bilingual a plus
