Job Title: Enrollment Coordinator
Location: Phoenix AZ
Pay Rate: $24.00 $26.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday Friday
Job Summary:
The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for assisting students through the enrollment process maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to the admissions team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with prospective students regarding program information
Process and maintain student files and documentation
Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-ups
Assist with data entry and record management
Support department staff as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
