Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Videographer & Photographer to join our team in Manama Bahrain. This Full-Time role is an excellent opportunity for a professional who can capture compelling visual content that showcases our brands quality and diverse operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity across all marketing and communication channels.

Responsibilities:

* Plan shoot and edit high-quality video content for various platforms including websites social media promotional campaigns and internal communications.
* Capture professional photographs of company events projects products properties and personnel for use in marketing public relations and corporate materials.
* Manage the entire production workflow from conceptualisation and storyboarding to post-production including colour grading sound design and final delivery.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing and management teams to understand project objectives and ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and strategic goals.
* Maintain manage and organise all photography and videography equipment ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
* Develop and manage a comprehensive digital asset library ensuring all photo and video files are archived and easily accessible.
* Stay informed of the latest trends techniques and technologies in video production and photography to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

* Proven professional experience as a Videographer and Photographer with a strong and diverse portfolio that demonstrates expertise in both fields.
* Expert proficiency with industry-standard editing software including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro After Effects Lightroom Photoshop).
* Extensive experience operating professional-grade cameras lighting and audio recording equipment.
* A strong creative vision with an exceptional eye for detail composition and visual storytelling.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A degree or professional certification in Film Photography Media Production or a related field is highly desirable.
