Job Summary

Introduction

A challenging and fulfilling position has become available for a Unit Manager to oversee the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have sound clinical expertise in neonatal nursing and the ability to lead a specialised nursing team within a dynamic hospital environment.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

BCur Degree or equivalent qualification in General Nursing

Postgraduate qualification in Neonatal Nursing Science or Clinical Nursing Science (Neonatal)

Certification in Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRR)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Minimum of 2 years management or shift-leading experience in a neonatal or paediatric ICU environment

Excellent leadership communication and mentoring abilities

Private hospital experience advantageous
