- A stylish rooftop bar featuring modern Italian-inspired cuisine and premium beverages.
- Approximate capacity: 180 guests per venue (to be confirmed).
- Additional offerings: bar snacks and cold food options available throughout the property.
Overview:
The Commis de Partie will work under the supervision of senior chefs to prepare cook and present dishes to the required standard. This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow within a professional and creative kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in designated sections.
- Support senior chefs during service periods.
- Adhere to portion control and food safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Recognised culinary qualification.
- 12 years experience in a professional kitchen.
- Enthusiastic reliable and eager to learn.
- Valid tax number.
