Core Skills and Responsibilities:
- Configure and set up the SAP Case Management (CM) system to meet business requirements
- Conduct functional analysis design and implement effective SAP CM and PSRM solutions
- Lead solution implementation testing and deployment activities
- Prepare and maintain Functional Specifications and related documentation
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present system solutions
- Perform system testing validation and end-user training to ensure successful adoption
- Support project execution troubleshooting and post-implementation reviews
Mandatory Requirements:
- 8 years of SAP experience
- Proven SAP PSRM Case and Records Management experience

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience
- Proven experience with multiple SAP PSRM Case and Records Management implementations (e.g. DAMS)
- City of Cape Town SAP PSRM Case and Records Management & DAMS experience will be highly advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Prior local government experience will be beneficial
- Strongly recommended that the candidate resides in Cape Town
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
