Job Summary

Core Skills and Responsibilities:

Configure and set up the SAP Case Management (CM) system to meet business requirements
Conduct functional analysis design and implement effective SAP CM and PSRM solutions
Lead solution implementation testing and deployment activities
Prepare and maintain Functional Specifications and related documentation
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present system solutions
Perform system testing validation and end-user training to ensure successful adoption
Support project execution troubleshooting and post-implementation reviews

Mandatory Requirements:

8 years of SAP experience
Proven SAP PSRM Case and Records Management experience

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

SAP Case Management (CM) Certification

Experience Required:

Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience
Proven experience with multiple SAP PSRM Case and Records Management implementations (e.g. DAMS)
City of Cape Town SAP PSRM Case and Records Management & DAMS experience will be highly advantageous

Other Requirements:

Prior local government experience will be beneficial
Strongly recommended that the candidate resides in Cape Town
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
