Job Summary

Purpose of the Role

Were seeking a creative detail-oriented UX copywriter who can shape outstanding digital experiences through words and explore the frontier of AI-driven content. Key Responsibilities

UX Writing & Microcopy: Write clear concise human-centred copy for interfaces onboarding flows buttons error messages and Strategy: Develop scalable content guidelines tone-of-voice standards and editorial frameworks; collaborate with designers developers and product Design & AI: Map and optimize conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistants; write test and refine prompts for AI-driven & Iteration: Conduct content audits usability reviews and A/B testing; refine copy and conversational flows based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements

3 years in UX writing content design or conversation design for digital products.
Degree in English Linguistics Journalism Communications or equivalent 3-year writing qualification.
Honours or masters degree is a strong plus.
Native or near-native English proficiency.
Exceptional editing storytelling and clarity in writing.
Strong understanding of design principles and accessibility standards.
Knowledge of how copy impacts usability and user experience.
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Claude Gemini).
Skilled in crafting prompts to achieve precise outcomes.
Comfortable working closely with designers engineers and product managers in agile environments.
Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
