About the Role The Department of Health New Brunswick is leading a province-wide healthcare transformation through the implementation of a Clinical Information Solution (CIS) - a unified standardized and integrated digital platform to improve patient care data quality and operational efficiency.
We are hiring Clinical Business Analysts (CBAs) for two key specialty areas:
These professionals will help shape standardized clinical workflows bridge communication between clinical and technical teams and support CIS implementation across all health zones in New Brunswick.
Key Responsibilities -
Collaborate with clinicians subject-matter experts and technical teams to define and document clinical workflows order sets and data requirements.

Conduct gap analyses facilitate workshops and lead discussions to validate requirements and standardize processes.

Develop detailed documentation including process maps use cases and training materials.

Configure validate and test clinical content for oncology and/or medical imaging components within the CIS.
-
Support user adoption and continuous improvement of clinical standards across the province.
-
Ensure alignment between healthcare operations and digital system functionality.
-
Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
Experience:
-
5 years as a Clinical Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst within oncology or medical imaging domains.

5 years working with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) and healthcare operations.
-
3 years participating in large-scale CIS or EHR implementation projects
Preferred Skills & Experience -
6 years experience gathering and validating requirements for oncology or diagnostic imaging workflows (CPOE order sets documentation ancillary services).

Strong facilitation stakeholder management and communication skills; bilingual (English/French) preferred.

3 years facilitating sessions with healthcare providers to define user stories and requirements.

5 years handling multiple concurrent projects.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel PowerPoint Visio Teams) and Atlassian JIRA.

Experience working in or with a public health authority or government healthcare organization.
