Job Overview/Summary:
The Licensed Psychologist will provide high-quality telehealth assessment and treatment for adult patients with neurological and injury-related conditions. The role involves collaboration across disciplines-psychology occupational therapy physical therapy speech-language pathology case management and medical teams-to design individualized goal-oriented care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth to adult patients with neurological and injury-related conditions.

  • Document all patient interactions and progress accurately in the EMR system.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and training programs.

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and telehealth standards.

Primary Skills:

  • Expertise in psychological assessment and treatment planning.

  • Strong clinical documentation and communication abilities.

  • Knowledge of neuro-rehabilitation (TBI concussion stroke or trauma-related injuries).

  • Ability to provide telehealth care effectively and ethically.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with chronic pain management anxiety/PTSD or cognitive rehabilitation.

  • Background in return-to-work planning or medico-legal coordination.

  • Neuropsychology or occupational therapy experience.

  • Multistate practice authority (PSYPACT).

Qualifications:

  • Active unrestricted U.S. license in Psychology (Clinical Counseling Health Rehabilitation or Neuropsychology).

  • Eligibility to provide care via telehealth with reliable internet and a HIPAA-compliant workspace.

  • Experience with or interest in neuro-rehabilitation populations.

  • Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills.
