Position : Accounts Receivable

Job Description:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of customer billing and collections to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. This role requires proficiency in Primavera for project-related billing and financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices in accordance with project progress and contract terms using Primavera.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable ensuring that all outstanding balances are collected within agreed payment terms.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure prompt payments and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
Maintain detailed records of all invoices receipts and payment transactions.
Generate periodic aging reports and provide updates on receivable status to management.
Collaborate with the finance and project management teams to ensure accurate alignment between billing project milestones and financial reporting.
