Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Associate to support our legal and compliance functions in drafting reviewing and managing commercial agreements and contracts. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational legal knowledge and a keen interest in contract governance risk mitigation and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in drafting reviewing and formatting various agreements (NDAs vendor contracts service agreements MoUs etc.)

This role is ideal for candidates with foundational legal knowledge and a keen interest in contract governance risk mitigation and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in drafting reviewing and formatting various agreements (NDAs vendor contracts service agreements MoUs etc.)
- Ensure contracts are aligned with internal policies regulatory requirements and business objectives
- Maintain and update the contract repository ensuring version control and timely renewals
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Finance Procurement HR etc.) to gather inputs and resolve contract-related queries
- Track contract lifecycle milestones (execution renewal termination) and flag critical deadlines
- Support audit and compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation and summaries
- Participate in process improvement initiatives related to contract standardization and automation
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or related field
0 2 years of experience in contract drafting legal documentation or compliance support
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Familiarity with MS Office and document management tools

Exposure to contract management systems (e.g. CLM tools)
Basic understanding of commercial law data privacy and regulatory frameworks
Ability to interpret legal clauses and summarize key obligations
