Job Title: Practice Lead Solution Architect (Application Services )

Location: Chennai

Work Type: Hybrid (Tue and Wed)

Shift timings: 1:30 PM -10:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a Practice Lead Solution Architect to lead technology solutioning and practice growth initiatives across enterprise accounts.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing scalable cloud-native architectures leading pre-sales solutioning and guiding technical teams across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for client engagements across cloud application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to define architecture strategies proposals and solution blueprints.
Drive practice growth by identifying new service offerings reusable frameworks and best practices.
Engage with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to solution architects and senior engineers within the team.
Ensure solutions adhere to security performance and compliance standards.
Work closely with sales delivery and partner ecosystem to drive innovation and technology adoption.

Required Skills and Experience:

12 18 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in solution architecture and practice leadership roles.
Hands-on expertise in Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) Microservices API-led architectures and DevOps practices.
Proven experience in application modernization data platform architecture or integration solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF Zachman).
Excellent communication client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
