- Sales Support plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales platforms and customer-facing tools.
- As an Analyst you will be responsible for incident management technical troubleshooting and coordination across teams to resolve issues impacting sales systems order management and customer care tools.
- Youll also support the clients Premier Page platform helping internal users navigate and resolve technical challenges.
- This role requires strong analytical skills a customer-first mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally to minimize service disruptions and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and incident management for sales tools OMS and Premier Page platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with IT operations and support teams to ensure minimal disruption to business processes.
- Educate users and offer proactive support for recurring or known issues.
- Work flexible hours including evening or night shifts to support global operations.
Essential Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical coursework preferred.
- 1 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or sales operations.
- Verbal and written expertise in German x2 or French x1 or Japanese x2 or Chinese x2 or Portuguese x1 or Spanish x1 or Korean x1
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with the clients tools related to customer care order processing and sales.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of the clients Premier ecosystem and sales processes.
- Experience with order-to-cash (OTC) workflows.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Teams Excel Word OneNote).
Mandatory Skills
- 1 3 years in international BPO
- STS Order Management or OTC background
- Verbal and written expertise in any one German x2 or French x1 or Japanese x2 or Chinese x2 or Portuguese x1 or Spanish x1 or Korean x1
- Support experience in similar domains
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Multi-tasking stakeholder engagement and real-time problem-solving
