We are seeking a Delaware-barred corporate associate for our office located in Wilmington DE or Philadelphia PA. Candidate must have 4 8 years of experience at a law firm in corporate and/or alternative entity practice including experience with Delaware LLCs LPs and other alternative Bar Admission required. Strong academic record required.

Requirements:

Active Delaware Bar Admission (required).
4 8 years of relevant corporate or alternative entity experience.
Proven experience drafting structuring and advising on Delaware LLCs LPs and related entities.
Strong research writing and analytical abilities.
Excellent academic credentials and professional judgment.
